Scope
These terms apply to contracts between private or business customers and LEONIX GLOBAL d.o.o., Kastavska ulica 8A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia for goods offered on the LEONIX website. Additional B2B conditions may apply when displayed before ordering or agreed separately.
Customer account
Depending on the checkout configuration, an order may be placed as a guest or with a customer account. Business customers must be assigned to a company account approved by LEONIX to access B2B-specific prices or conditions.
Contract formation and availability
Product presentations are not binding offers. A customer submits a binding offer by completing an order. The contract is concluded by express order confirmation or shipment. LEONIX does not offer pre-orders; products can be ordered only when shown as available at checkout.
Prices, taxes and payment
The total price shown before checkout is decisive. Private customers are shown prices including applicable sales tax in markets where this is legally required or expected. Approved business customers may be shown net prices where the tax requirements are met. Shipping costs, taxes and any duties are displayed before order completion. Payment methods may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on country, device, customer account and checkout configuration.
Delivery
LEONIX ships to international markets activated at checkout. Countries, regions or addresses may be excluded for legal, security or logistical reasons. Delivery costs and estimated times are set out in the shipping information and checkout. For consumers, LEONIX bears transport risk until physical delivery.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described separately. Voluntary return rules do not restrict statutory rights.
Legal guarantee
Statutory conformity and guarantee rights apply. Voluntary warranties apply only when expressly provided for a product.
Liability
LEONIX remains fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Mandatory statutory liability rules apply in all other respects.
Law and complaints
Croatian law applies, excluding the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country remain unaffected. Complaints may be sent to contact@leonixofficial.com.
