Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods.

How to withdraw

A clear statement by email or post to LEONIX GLOBAL d.o.o., Kastavska ulica 8A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia is sufficient. Email: contact@leonixofficial.com. It must be sent before the period expires.

Effects

LEONIX will reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received.

Returning goods

Goods must be returned within fourteen days after withdrawal. Consumers bear the direct return costs. LEONIX does not provide a free return label unless expressly confirmed in an individual case. Consumers are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
