The statutory right of withdrawal and legal guarantee rights remain fully effective. Return and claim requests may be sent to contact@leonixofficial.com.
Starting a return
Please provide the order number, affected item and reason for return. We will send the relevant return information. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. LEONIX does not provide a free return label unless expressly confirmed in an individual case. Prior contact helps allocation but is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us about damage, defects or incorrect items. Helpful photos may speed up handling without restricting statutory rights.
Refunds
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Statutory deadlines and the separate withdrawal notice apply.
Exchanges
Where direct exchanges are not operationally available, the original item may be returned and the desired item ordered separately.
