Evidence
Required tests and evidence are defined for each product. Specific material, performance and certification claims are published only with relevant, valid supporting evidence.
Materials
Material decisions depend on use, workmanship and requirements for lasting use. Composition, origin and tested properties are documented for each product.
Quality review
The quality standard requires prototypes, samples and production units to be assessed against binding specifications. Specific results and approvals are recorded in each product file.
Handling deviations
Materials or components with deviations may be used only after reassessment and documented approval. Decisions on rework, alternative use or disposal are recorded for the specific case.
The controlled process
At LEONIX, production is not an invisible step between idea and sale. It is the controlled process through which a specification becomes a released product.
